Are tickets on sale yet?
Yes, tickets are on sale now.
What is included with a standard ticket?
  • Full day expo access
  • Access to all workshops and speaker sessions running throughout the day (unless otherwise stated)
  • Play and movement room access
  • Wristband for re-entry throughout the day
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
When you purchase your tickets, each ticket needs to be allocated to an attendee (first name, last name, and waiver completed). Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of an accidental purchase where we are notified within 7 days of purchase. If you can't make it, tickets can be transferred via the self-service transfer function found in your ticket confirmation email.
Do I need to register my ticket after purchasing?
Yes. Each ticket holder needs to register their details and sign the event waiver before their ticket becomes active. You'll find the registration link in your ticket confirmation email. Tickets cannot be downloaded or added to Apple Wallet until this step is done.
Is entry free for children?
Yes. Children 12 years and under enter free, but a free ticket is still required.
On the day
What time does the Expo run?
9:00am to 4:00pm. Last entry is at 3:00pm.
Can I come and go during the day?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed and a wristband will be provided on arrival.
What should I wear? Do I need to be barefoot?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in, and something you can move in if you plan to join interactive sessions. You do not need to arrive in barefoot shoes. There will be movement-based sessions where being barefoot is encouraged. We recommend bringing a pair of socks for trying on shoes.
What should I bring?
  • Comfortable clothing if you plan to move
  • A water bottle
  • Anything you may want for workshops (we will share specifics once the program is confirmed)
  • A tote bag (we'll have these available on the day)
Will there be food and drinks?
Food and drink options are available at the venue, plus cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Please note the venue does not allow outside food and drink (other than water), per hotel rules.
Will photos or video be taken at the event?
Yes. Event photography and video will be captured on the day. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can opt out at the event. The opt-out process is outlined in the event waiver. Chat to our team when you arrive to the event and we'll take care of the rest. 
Workshops and sessions
Will there be workshops and talks?
Yes. Sessions will run throughout the day, covering foot health education, movement, and more.
Do workshops require booking?
Yes. Workshop spots are limited. Booking details will be shared with ticket holders closer to the event. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before any session you'd like to attend. Entry will be prioritised for VIP ticket holders.
Is this event suitable if I am new to foot health?
Yes. There will be a mix of beginner-friendly education and deeper dives for those further along in their foot health journey.
What kind of event is this?
A one-day expo focused on barefoot footwear, foot health education, workshops, speakers, and movement sessions, with brands and educators all under one roof.

Yes. The venue has full wheelchair and elevator access.

Yes. Onsite reduced price parking is available for attendees: $20 per car for 24 hours.
Will there be a networking event?
Yes. A networking event for exhibitors, sponsors, and presenters is planned for Friday 7 August 2026. Details to follow.
