Can I change my delivery address / shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible - what we can do depends on where your order is in our fulfilment process.
Step 1: Contact us ASAP
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The correct address (include suburb/state/postcode + country)
- A quick note confirming you’re requesting an address change
The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help before the order progresses.
Step 2: What happens next (depends on your order status)
If your order is not yet being fulfilled
In many cases we can update the delivery address before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order is already being fulfilled / shipped
Once an order is already being processed by our logistics team or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know the best next steps (e.g., waiting for delivery, or what happens if the parcel is returned to sender).
