These Terms & Conditions apply to the Foot Restoration Program (FRP) “Birthday Offer” (the “Offer”). To celebrate the Foot Restoration Program launching 1 year ago (the Program’s 1st birthday), we are running this Offer. These Terms & Conditions are intended to be read together with our general Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced at checkout.
1) Offer overview
- Offer name: Foot Restoration Program (FRP) Birthday Offer
- What you get:
- 50% off the standard price of the Foot Restoration Program at purchase, and
- The ability to apply for a 100% refund of the amount paid (i.e., what you actually paid after the discount), if you complete the Program Requirements in full (defined below) on or before 31 July 2026.
- Promotional period (purchase window): Midnight (12am) Local Time April 1 2026 - 11:59pm Local time April 30 2026 (inclusive).
- Completion deadline: July 31, 2026 (inclusive).
- Promoter: The Foot Collective ("TFC", "we", "us", "our").
2) Definitions
- Foot Restoration Program or FRP means TFC’s 12-week digital training and education program delivered via our platform(s).
- Offer means this promotion described in these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligible Customer means a person who meets all eligibility criteria in Section 3.
- Program Requirements means the specific completion and evidence requirements described in Section 6.
- Refund Benefit means the refund described in Section 7.
- Purchase Date means the date your payment is successfully processed.
3) Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer and the Refund Benefit, you must:
- Purchase FRP during the Promotional Period (Section 1).
- Be a new FRP customer (i.e., you have not previously purchased FRP under any account, email address, household, payment method, or other identifier). If we reasonably determine you have previously purchased FRP, we may deem you ineligible for the Offer and/or Refund Benefit prior to April 1, 2026.
- Purchase directly through TFC’s authorised sales channels (e.g., our website checkout) and not via an unauthorised reseller.
4) How the 50% discount works
- The 50% discount is automatically applied at checkout during the Promotional Period.
- The discount applies only to FRP and does not automatically apply to other products or services unless explicitly stated.
- If a transaction is not successfully completed (e.g., payment fails), the Offer is not reserved.
5) Important principles of this Offer
- We refund you if you finish (and meet requirements), not based on your results.
- This is a limited-time, limited-scope offer for the April 2026 cohort only.
- You are responsible for completing the Program Requirements by the deadline. We will not extend deadlines except where required by applicable law or where we decide (in our sole discretion) to do so in writing.
6) Program Requirements (what “complete” means)
To qualify for the Refund Benefit, you must complete all requirements below on or before 31 July 2026.
6.1 Required program completion
- You must complete the Foot Restoration Program as designed (12 weeks of training and education).
- You must complete any required onboarding steps (including any course disclaimer/waiver step presented inside FRP).
6.2 Required check-ins and data submission
You must submit all required progress surveys by the deadlines set by this Offer, including (at minimum):
- Week 1 (baseline) Survey
- Week 6 (midpoint) Survey
- Week 12 (completion) Survey
- Final Reflections Survey (Feedback form)
Where the program uses the Foot and Ankle Disability Index (FADI) or other questionnaires, you must submit those questionnaires as presented digitally.
6.3 Training evidence and verification
Because the Offer is specifically a “finish-to-refund” offer, you must also provide the completion evidence we require to verify genuine completion, which may include (without limitation):
- a completed in-program training tracker / activity log(s), recorded in our platform(s);
- completion timestamps recorded in our platform(s);
- survey completions (Week 1, 6, 12);
- screenshots/photos or other evidence where the program asks you to submit or record it (for example, proof of completion of any required manual work).
We may request additional information reasonably required to validate completion (for example, clarifying questions if your submission appears incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicated).
6.4 Accuracy and integrity of submissions
- All information you submit must be accurate, your own, and not falsified.
- Duplicate, copied, manipulated, or fraudulent submissions (in our reasonable opinion) will void eligibility for the Refund Benefit.
7) Refund Benefit (100% refund on completion)
7.1 What is refunded
If you meet all eligibility criteria and Program Requirements, we will refund 100% of the amount you actually paid for FRP under this Offer.
- The refund is limited to the original purchase price paid by you (after discount).
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
7.2 What is not refunded
Unless required by law, the Refund Benefit does not include:
- foreign transaction fees charged by your bank;
- currency conversion or exchange rate differences;
- third-party payment processor fees that are not refundable to us;
- any incidental costs you may have incurred (e.g., data charges, devices, internet access, optional equipment/tools purchased separately).
7.3 Refund timing
- Refunds are intended to be processed in August 2026 after the completion deadline, once we have verified submissions.
- We may process refunds in batches.
- You will be notified upon completion of the program via email if your FRP data verifies that you are eligible for the refund
7.4 How to request the refund
- We will provide an application method (for example, an online form or support process).
- You must submit your refund request in the manner we specify.
- If we request additional information to verify completion, you must provide it within the timeframe we specify, otherwise your refund request may be declined.
8) Final sale / no other refunds
- This Offer is final sale. Outside of the Refund Benefit described here (or rights you have under applicable consumer law), we do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to complete, or dissatisfaction during this period.
- If you do not meet the Program Requirements by 31 July 2026, you keep the program access and you do not receive a refund (subject always to any non-excludable rights under consumer law).
9) Access, accounts, and non-transferability
- The Offer and FRP access are for the individual purchaser only.
- You must not share, resell, distribute, or transfer access.
- If we reasonably believe your account is being shared or used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access and/or refuse the Refund Benefit.
10) Eligibility voided (examples)
Without limiting any other rights we may have, we may deem you ineligible for the Refund Benefit if:
- you did not purchase during the Promotional Period;
- you did not complete the Program Requirements by the deadline;
- you are not a new FRP customer (including multiple accounts/emails/household purchases);
- you request a chargeback or payment dispute for the same transaction;
- you submit fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete completion evidence.
11) Health, safety and medical disclaimer
- FRP is educational and training content and is not medical advice.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
- Stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms and seek medical advice.
12) Consumer law rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
13) Changes, cancellation, and enforcement
- We reserve the right to:
- verify eligibility and completion in our reasonable discretion;
- refuse the Refund Benefit where criteria are not met;
- cancel or suspend the Offer if required by law, to address fraud/abuse, or due to events outside our reasonable control.
- If we cancel the Offer after you have purchased during the Promotional Period, we will honour the Offer for Eligible Customers unless doing so is unlawful or not reasonably possible.
14) Governing documents
- These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to this Offer and supplement our general Terms of Service.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and our general Terms of Service, then (to the extent of the conflict) these Terms & Conditions govern for this Offer.
