By purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.
1. Event Details
Event: Barefoot Shoe & Foot Health Expo Australia 2026 Date: Saturday, 8 August 2026 Venue: Stamford Sydney Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, Sydney NSW Public hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm (last entry 3:00pm)

3. No Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person in accordance with Clause 4.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where the event is cancelled by the Organisers.
4. Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person provided:
- The transfer is completed before the day of the event (i.e. by 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 7 August 2026)
- The transfer is made using the self-service transfer function on the ticketing platform
- The new ticket holder agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the Participant Waiver before attending
Transfers are not permitted on the day of the event. No name changes will be accepted at the door.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
5.1 Programme Changes
The Organisers reserve the right to modify the event programme, including workshop speakers, session times, and exhibitor lineup, without prior notice. These changes do not entitle you to a refund.
5.2 Event Postponement or Cancellation
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances within the Organisers' reasonable control, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organisers' reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, government direction, or venue closure), the Organisers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Where rescheduling is not possible, a refund less any unrecoverable costs will be offered.
6. Entry Requirements
- A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented at entry.
- Wristbands will be issued at the door and are required for re-entry. No wristband, no re-entry.
- Last entry is at 3:00pm.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with these Terms or whose behaviour poses a risk to others.
7. Workshops
- Workshops require separate pre-booking due to room capacity (~25 per session).
- VIP ticket holders receive early access to booking. Booking instructions are included in the VIP confirmation email.
- General Admission booking instructions will be provided after ticket purchase.
- Workshop spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
- The Organisers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel individual workshops without notice.
8. Children
- Children are welcome at the expo when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Children attending physical sessions (workshops, movement Room) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- If you are purchasing a ticket for a child, you accept the Participant Waiver on their behalf.
9. Code of Conduct
All attendees agree to:
- treat other attendees, exhibitors, presenters, and staff with respect
- follow reasonable directions from event staff and venue security
- not engage in behaviour that is threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive
The Organisers reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund if their conduct breaches this clause or poses a risk to others.
10. Photography & Media
Photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout the event, including on the expo floor and in workshops.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may be captured incidentally in event photography and video used for marketing and reporting purposes.
Workshop sessions may be recorded and released as part of the TFC Online Foot Health Summit. If you do not wish to appear in workshop recordings, notify the facilitator before the session begins and take a position away from the primary camera.
If you do not wish to appear in general event photography, notify staff at the registration desk on arrival.
11. Health & Safety
- You attend at your own risk.
- You are responsible for your own physical wellbeing during the event.
- First aid will be available on site.
- The Organisers are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the event, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law.
For the full risk and liability terms, please read the Participant Waiver which forms part of your agreement with the Organisers.
12. Food & Beverage
- Catering will be available on site. Details will be confirmed closer to the event.
- Water bottles are allowed.
13. Liability
The Organisers' liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with TFC's Privacy Policy at https://thefootcollective.com/policies/privacy-policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
